Social Media and its Future
Social Media is steadily evolving in this world today, more and more features are added to the mainstream networks like Facebook and Twitter. Social Media's future will change in terms of how we access the information and how we can manipulate it. They is a very promising new network in the likes of Instagram which was recently purchased by Facebook for 1Billion. Instagram allows you to ad filters and captions of any photos you have and give it that vintage black and white look of that cool 70s and 80s filter. This can be very creative for advertisers and will draw 1hundreds of millions of users like its counter parts Facebook and Twitter. The various technologies are improving in the likes of smartphones and tablets which will maximize the output of most of these social networks and social media juggernauts. 3D technologies along with hologram keyboard technologies that are in the works at the moment will be quite a phenomena to bolster the social media craze we are currently experiencing. In other words social media is expanding and has a very bright future with the upcoming technologies for the various devices and apps.

Like our parents struggling with technologies we are using for our everyday basis, do you think we will be struggling to use the technologies our future kids be using?
ReplyDeleteIn response to DiaS question, I do not think we will struggle with use of technologies as we age like our elders because we are growing up during the technological revolution whereas they grew up much less reliant on technology. 50 years from now technology will be far more advanced I can guarantee that but we will have had much more experience with technology than our elders have had.
ReplyDeleteI agree with this blog posting in which technology is changing drastically and fast. By next year the I-pad will be competing against a new product on the market. Businesses are the number one source of using these tech due to the fact that it cut cost incurred by them and allow them to advertise more while paying less.
ReplyDeleteI agree with what you have said. Instagram is definetly one of the next big things to hit the social media world. I really want to see what is going to happen with the possibilities of 3D!
